- In a large pot, combine chicken stock, miso paste, soy sauce, chili paste, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles. Top with soft-boiled eggs, bean sprouts, green onions, nori strips, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
