- Add the sliced banana, turmeric, milk, honey (if using), cinnamon, black pepper, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a clear glass. Optionally garnish with a pinch of turmeric or a banana slice on the rim. Serve right away for best flavor and texture.
